**What Will You Do?**
- Assist accounts receivable by sorting, verifying cheques, ensuring we have sufficient remittance advice, keying the deposit into the system, and preparing the bank deposit.
- Managing/printing/filing incoming remittance advice from customers paying by EFT/Direct Deposits.
- Posting cash/reconciling payments from daily deposit and EFT/Direct Deposit payments.
- Ensure that all cash batch files balance before running nightly cash update.
- Reconciling to A/R control total daily, record data in AR spreadsheet summary
- Month end reconciling AR/bank
- Data entry as needed.
- Processing credit card payments when requested.
- Checking payment status of unpaid pros on customers websites as required.
- Assist in printing and delivery of reports as required.
- All other duties as required.

- Must be able to function in an environment that desires a high standard in following company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Maintains confidentiality.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Positive attitude and a willingness to work as a team to meet all the demands of a growing driver services department.
