In this role, you will work closely with our Service Manager at our Markham Head Office. This position is classified as associate level with the opportunity to develop into a more advanced role (Lead Service Coordinator) in the future.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate all aspects of service processes, including detailed appointment creation, scheduling, dispatching, and customer service.
- Prioritize and dispatch service requests according to urgency and importance.
- Assigning technicians to appropriate jobs based on customer’s request, technician capabilities, and logístical knowledge.
- Quickly address problems and requests of any type by compiling relevant information and relaying to project managers, sales staff, and technicians.
- Providing a high level of customer service by distributing scheduling lead times and appointment completion confirmation.
- Demonstrating a strong attention to detail when opening new work orders, ensuring technicians are equipped with all required information.
- Utilize fully developed organizational skills to track current status of work on hand, logging of job approvals, and important job specific documentation.
- Acting as a direct link between the company and our customers, scheduling all services, ensuring technician attendance is effectively communicated.
- Assist Accounts team in providing relevant historical information to process receivables and payables effectively.
- Additional administrative and customer service based requests as required.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- An individual with at least One (1) year of Dispatching experience, preferably in the **Skilled Trades/Service **industry.
- Has a minimum of One (1) year of Administration experience, preferably in the **Skill Trades/Service** industry.
- Previous experience in invoicing is considered an ASSET.
- An innate problem solver, identifying and analyzing problems and producing creative and effective solutions.
- A fast thinker who can pay close attention to detail.
- Stays on task when working independently.
- Works well in a group setting with multiple personnel contributing to one goal.
- Highly organized, with proficient use of organizational tools, including but not limited to collaborative calendars, Excel, and project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
