Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist advisors with event planning, van preparation, stock inventory, and storage organization
- Attend transportation industry events and promote products and services
- Prepare training materials as requested
- Assist with organizing and hosting safety events at individual client sites
- Keep up-to-date records in CRM
- Conduct research and produce reports as directed
- Develop tools and resources to support industry and individual client needs
- Prepare periodic and other reports as required on project and program status
- Support the development of communication and promotional materials
- Work on unique projects that support SafetyDriven initiatives as well as your ongoing education.
- Perform other duties as required

Education, Training and Experience:

- Education or experience in occupational health and safety, business or public administration or other degree/certification relevant to the position responsibilities preferred.
- Experience attending events to promote a product or service
- Experience in customer relationship development and maintenance
- Experience working in the transportation or moving and storage industry preferred.

- Superior problem solving, planning and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and using a customer relationship management system.
- Excellent organization and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Able to exercise good judgement and discretion.
- A valid BC driver’s license.

Travel will be required within BC.

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
