**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to work at our client's location.

Location: Scarborough, ON

Pay rate: $20/hr (Starting)

**Job duties**:

- Handling customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment, and tracking shipments.
- Addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and finding solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Handling returns, refunds, and exchanges, adhering to company policies.
- Maintaining and updating customer records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Possessing a thorough understanding of the company's packaging products and services, and being able to answer customer questions accurately.
- Communicating professionally and effectively with customers, using clear and concise language.
- Identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, finding the best solutions to meet their needs.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience, striving to exceed expectations and maintain customer loyalty.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Both written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and providing accurate information.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:The ability to identify, analyze and reslove customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- **Customer Service Skills**: A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Familiarity with computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- **Time Management**: The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Packaging Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the packaging industry and its products and services is a plus.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

- Weekends as needed

- Malayalam (South Indian language) (preferred)
