**Job Summary**:
The **Hourly Talent Acquisition Manager** is accountable for the management of staff and oversight of the large-scale, cyclical recruitment activities of Compass Canada. The Manager responds to needs for large-volume sourcing, screening and hiring through process excellence, reduced time to hire cycles and targeted outreach activities. The incumbent must thrive in a high accountability role where results and changing needs are a constant. The manager will be heavily engaged with targeted outreach and inclusive hiring results.

- Reporting to the Senior Director Talent, provide tactical leadership and direction to a dedicated team of Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Coach and mentor members of the team in order for them to develop and grow not only as Recruiters but as professionals as well
- Maintain performance metrics and process discipline for the team
- Leading the team through dashboard reporting, results forecasting and risk management and working closely with Operations’ stakeholders
- Coach Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
- Partner with the Hiring Managers to understand the business dynamics and headcount needs of each assigned client group to develop recruitment plans and deliver quality talent by required deadlines
- Leverage Networking and Recruitment events to reinforce CGC career opportunities
- Ensure all recruitment administration is consistently complete in real time, including recruitment folders, tracking and recruitment metrics
- Lead and participate in recruitment and retention-related projects

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Prior team leadership required, preferably in an Agency environment
- Exceptional proactive sourcing and pipeline skills that include social media platforms
- Minimum of 4 years’ proven recruitment experience
- Campus recruiting experience is an asset
- Driven to achieve results in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- High-volume recruitment experience in an agency environment an asset
- Exceptional follow-up skills, time management and attention to detail
- Ability to course-correct when faced with obstacles or challenges
- Flexible - ability to support changing business needs as required
- Solid Microsoft Office skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting
- Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System
