Join Amrize as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator – 1‑year contract and help build the future of industrial and corporate hiring. About The Role Amrize Canada is building ambition across North America. The Talent Acquisition team is central to that growth, blending traditional headhunting techniques with modern recruitment technology. This role supports a high volume of requisitions ranging from hourly general labourers to niche technical roles like Cement Engineers, Plant Managers, and Sales professionals. What You’ll Accomplish Execute full‑cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles, ensuring quality hires within time‑to‑fill metrics. Proactively source beyond job boards, headhunting passive candidates for hard‑to‑fill technical positions. Maintain high data integrity in SuccessFactors and test AI‑driven sourcing tools to enhance candidate discovery. Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and transparent updates. Deliver a professional and responsive candidate experience that reflects the Amrize brand. Demonstrate a commitment to health, safety and environmental policies, promoting a culture of safety. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience. Experience in an agency or executive search environment (focus on outbound sourcing). Previous experience recruiting for industrial, construction, manufacturing or engineering roles is an asset. Proficiency with SuccessFactors and other enterprise applicant tracking systems. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and job board aggregators (Indeed). Familiarity or interest in AI recruitment tools (Joveo, Paradox, etc.). Additional Requirements Preferred bilingual English/French communication skills. Strong organizational skills to manage high volume and variety simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both hourly workforce and senior corporate leadership.
