The **Talent Acquisition Manager **- Frontline (FL) **contributes to PepsiCo Beverages Canada’s success by leading the Agenda for Frontline Staffing. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Manager (FL) will provide functional recruitment leadership to the Front-line Talent Acquisition team across Canada, will own the development and execution of the Frontline Talent Strategy and Attraction Calendar for Canada, including delivery of results for recruitment of all Front line hourly & commissioned talent. They will also be a contributing member of PepsiCo’s Global Talent COE, and lead technology and process improvement implementations related to recruitment for Canada.

**Position is based in Mississauga, ON or in Montreal Quebec.**

**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Stay informed of external market trends and recruiting techniques and partner with North American team to develop the PBC Canada 3-year Talent Strategy.
- Provide accurate weekly reporting & deliver regular metrics and updates to the HR and Senior Leadership teams to ensure execution of the Frontline Talent Strategy.
- Manage Vendor and Agency contracts, relationships, and agreements to ensure exceptional service levels and efficiency of spend.
- Manage Annual front line Recruitment Budget
- Act as the Kenexa (Applicant Tracking System) Gatekeeper in Canada and as Canadian Liaison with Global Project teams and address any system changes or requirements between Canadian users and the Global Operations project team
- Provide, functional leadership and coaching to the Talent Acquisition Coordinators through weekly team calls, 1w1 meetings and training sessions
- Provide target-based leadership to Talent Acquisition Coordinators through the management of full cycle recruiting for Frontline roles, including intakes, sourcing, screening, partnering with hiring manager, creating offers, and managing post offer back check and system set up.
- Active member of the PepsiCo Global Talent Acquisition COE to represent Canada on projects and initiatives and ensure they are successfully executed in Canada

**Qualifications/Requirements**:**_
Key Skills/Experience Required_**
- University degree - HR or Business preferred
- Bilingual is an asset/preferred
- 5 to 7 years experience in End-to-End recruiting
- Experience leading a team of high-Volume recruiters
- Experience with developing and executing talent sourcing strategies
- Project Management experience
- Experience with Kenexa or other Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong Social Media recruitment experience
- Experience managing vendors & contracts
- Ability to influence and collaborate across the business
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers and HR partners to foster partnerships and drive result.
- Ability to proactively identify issues and develops solutions with limited oversight.
