**THE ROLE**

studio b offers a competitive salary as well as an optional full benefits package which is available after a 3-month probationary period.

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to**
- Support showroom manager through phone answering, supply ordering, courier management, tidying (light cleaning & fluffing)
- Direct client management; front door greeting, customer service (issues, samples, drawings, presentations), payment and delivery arrangement
- Collaborate with Distribution Centre Manager regarding deliveries
- Prepare packages as requested by sales reps
- Assist with wrapping items sold off the floor and help to cars when necessary
- Manage samples, catalogues and fabric room; ordering when necessary
- Removing discontinued items
- Manage price tags
- Manage markdown list. Create with images and pricing. Distribute to sales reps
- Assist with events; invitations, set up, ordering supplies, clean up, miscellaneous duties
- Ad hoc duties and responsibilities

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Friendly and personable as well as accountable, self-driven & reliable.
- Ability to work in a team setting with independent goals and responsibilities.
- Impeccable organizational, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficient on basic computer programs including Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel and power point) and an aptitude for learning new computer programs.
- Professional, strong attention-to-detail and hardworking.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
