We have an immediate opening for a **Showroom Coordinator **to join our passionate team and collaborate to create exceptional experiences for our clients.

In this role you will report directly to our Store Manager and work closely with colleagues in customer service as well as sales account managers, supplier sales representatives and appliance service organizations.

**Qualifications**:

- College or university degree
- 4 years of part-time or full-time experience in the customer service field, preferably in a luxury goods and/or retail environment
- excellent team player who remains calm and professional under pressure
- strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- innate passion for customers that is demonstrated by empathy and action

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests in-person at our main showroom and make them feel at home
- Be an advocate for our customers and work with manufacturer and third-party appliance service organizations to resolve product-related issues
- Various In-Store Marketing
- Schedule appliance service for customers and follow-up to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Maintain our showroom with enhanced cleaning protocols and ensure that all clients follow safety protocols as required
- Respond with empathy and professionalism to a variety of appliance service inquiries
- Demonstrate a team focus by providing reception coverage during breaks, lunches and vacations
- Follow store policies and procedures; understand the importance of your role as a brand ambassador for Caplan’s
- Participate in all assigned training and stay current with relevant product and industry knowledge
- Participate in our annual performance review program and strive to achieve professional goals
- Posting customer payments
- Other responsibilities as assigned

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
