We provide a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package and a rewarding work environment. **The Opportunity** **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field - 3-5 Years in the IT Helpdesk Role supporting > 100 end users - Cisco CCNA and/or Fortinet NSE qualifications - Experience with Endpoint management, cloud-based systems - Operating Systems: Windows (workstation and server), Linux, macOS, Android and iOS - Security focused complemented by working knowledge - Excellent understanding of Change Management and Process documentation - Demonstrated knowledge of the Legal sector Any offer of employment may be conditional upon a full background check, including criminal record check, a credit check and employment and educational verification.
