**Position Overview**:
**Reports To**: President / Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals and housing operations.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology opportunities that support business growth and continuity.

**Platform & Infrastructure Management**
- Oversee the development, integration, and optimization of booking platforms, tenant portals, and CRM systems.
- Ensure reliable and secure IT infrastructure across all properties and corporate offices.
- Manage cloud services, cybersecurity protocols, and data privacy compliance.

**Team & Vendor Oversight**
- Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team, including developers, analysts, and support staff.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service-level agreements are met.

**Operational Excellence**
- Implement and monitor IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure business continuity through disaster recovery planning and system reliability.
- Support property operations with technology solutions for access control, smart devices, and maintenance tracking.

**Innovation & Growth**
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, IoT, automation) to enhance operations.
- Support smart building initiatives and property technology enhancements.
- Drive analytics and reporting capabilities to support strategic planning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or housing sectors.
- Proven experience managing enterprise platforms, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of property management systems, booking platforms, and customer experience technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with housing compliance systems and tenant data management.
- Familiarity with short-term rental platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO) and long-term lease management tools.
- Knowledge of smart building technologies and IoT integration.

**Salary range is $90,000 - $110,000 based on experience.**
