**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Provide effective leadership to clinic staff, promoting a collaborative and patient-centric culture
- Develop and enforce clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, patient check-in, and billing processes
- Manage the clinic budget, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to streamline processes and enhance patient care delivery
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to support professional growth and development
- Address and resolve patient concerns promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Cultivate positive relationships with vendors and external partners
- Assess key performance indicators to gauge the effectiveness of quality improvement projects and the influence of digital tools on the operational efficiency of the clinic.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare environment is an asset.
- Proficient in the use of computer programs and medical software.
- Able to multitask and handle pressure during busy periods.

**Education**:
Grade 12

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in clinic or healthcare management
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and MS Office Suite
