**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Performing medical office assistant duties, such as: booking patients, operating clinic phone, managing electronic faxes.
- Other clinic medical duties, such as: obtaining patient vitals, recording patient medical history, and performing electrocardiograms (EKG/ECG).
- Collecting data and performing statistical analysis on patient metrics, as an ongoing quality assurance project relating to patient care.
- Organization and administrative duties of external programs run by the CardioMetabolic Collaborative Clinic.
- Opportunities exist for those with an interest in clinical research, including sponsored studies and in-house studies.

**Qualifications**:

- BSc in scientific related discipline, with an interest in health care preferred.
- MOA diploma with experience in clinical projects and development will also be considered.
- Individuals with other education and extensive experience in health-care will also be considered.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high stress environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision is highly valued.
