The wage range for this role is between $22.20-$26.65/hr.

**Your tasks at a glance**
- You support the Centre Director in managing the clinic (operations, finance, and team) in an effort to provide high-quality services.
- You cooperate with the medical directors and clinic employees to ensure patient satisfaction and productivity.
- You complete different reports and administrative tasks.
- You understand and assume different technical positions as needed (_Surgical Assistant, Clinical Counselor _&_ _Receptionist_).

- You have excellent communication skills.
- You especially thrive in a dynamic environment and when working as a team.
- You have experience in management / supervision (15+ employees) and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- You stand out for your autonomy, leadership, sense of initiative and responsibility, and stress management.
- You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365; knowledge of EMR systems is an asset.
- You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- ** Required**: You have flexible work availability from Monday to Sunday.
- ** Required**: You are comfortable traveling to other clinics for training and/or work _(expenses covered by Vision Group)_.***
