About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service & Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B sales and distribution center operations. In this leadership role, you’ll manage a high-performing team focused on supporting customers, processing orders, and driving inside sales growth within a fast-paced, product-focused environment.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer experience—from order intake to fulfillment—while identifying upsell opportunities and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline through effective CRM management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the customer service and inside sales team within a distribution or warehouse environment
- Drive B2B sales by identifying growth opportunities with existing customers
- Oversee CRM usage and accuracy (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), ensuring clean data, pipeline health, and reliable reporting
- Coordinate with distribution center staff to ensure timely order processing, backorder resolution, and high fill rates
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction, team KPIs, and operational metrics on a weekly basis
- Improve sales processes and drive continuous improvement in service delivery
- Manage contract compliance, pricing accuracy, invoicing, and billing processes
- Resolve escalated customer issues quickly and professionally
- Develop and implement training and development plans for team members
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in customer service or sales management, preferably in a distribution center or B2B setting
- Demonstrated success in leading and growing sales or customer service teams
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience with B2B contracts, invoicing, order management, and backorder resolution
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with a customer-first mindset

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
