As the **General Manager**, you’ll be the driving force behind the restaurant’s success—ensuring excellence in service, quality, and team performance. You’ll manage daily operations with a strategic focus on achieving key performance goals, including revenue growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.

**What you’ll do**
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth coordination between Front and Back of House teams.
- Drive operational excellence through effective systems, quality control, and adherence to company standards.
- Achieve financial and performance goals, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost management.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Manage marketing initiatives, community engagement, and brand-building strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations across all operations.
- Manage vendor relationships, inventory control, and supply chain efficiency to support business needs.
- Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture that encourages growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant operations; flexible schedule required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with POS systems (Touch Bistro preferred).
- Skilled in inventory management software, with Margin Edge experience considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and cost-control practices.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and budgeting abilities.
- Hands-on leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, guest-focused, and effective at multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Holds a university degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business.
- Certified in Serving It Right and Food Safe.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
