Brighter Staffing Agency is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth within our rapidly expanding company.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including but not limited to: managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and increasing profitability. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to attract and retain customers, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate supply
- Maintain high quality standards for food, service, and cleanliness
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Analyze sales data and create reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a restaurant management role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
