Willowridge Construction is growing, and we are looking to add great people to our team in a Long-Term Site Services role We are currently looking for a _**Coordinator**_ to join our team. - Responsibilities_
- Be a collaborative site services team member, with a focus on working together to provide a complete site services solution for our clients
- Participating in team safe work planning and execution strategies by utilizing our library of industry leading safe work practices, policies, and procedures
- Processing change notices, quotations and change orders and submitting to the client
- Complete maintenance requests
- Track incurred costs
- Manage vendor change orders
- Enter vendor purchase orders into the accounting software
- Generate and communicate PO’s to vendors
- Maintain project schedules
- Maintain the change order logs
- Quality control of employee timesheets
- Communicate contract labour terms to payroll
- Compile living out allowances for out of town work
- Submit ‘within job’ change orders
- Create LEMS
- Communicate change orders to billing
- Submit change requests to subcontractors
- Create change proposals
- Schedule and coordinate subtrades and suppliers
- Order construction material and equipment
- Other tasks assignments as required
- Experience_
- Post secondary diploma or certificate in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Requirements:_
- Clean D&A record
- CSTS-09 or CSTS 2020
- WHMIS 2015
- H2S Alive
- Ground Disturbance
- Class 5 Drivers License and clean abstract
