As a Administrstor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of real estate transactions from contract to close. Your attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent communication skills will be essential in coordinating all aspects of the transaction process.

**Responsibilities**:

- General office administrative duties
- Data entry
- Assist with financial management tasks, such as invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and budget tracking.
- implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with real estate regulations.
- Review contracts and ensure all necessary signatures, dates, and terms are accurately recorded.
- Coordinate with law offices to facilitate a timely and seamless closing process.
- Track and follow up on all transaction-related deadlines, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Act as a liaison between agents and lawyers office to address any inquiries or issues that arise during the transaction.
- Maintain and organize transaction files, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation and record-keeping to comply with legal requirements.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of real estate software and tools to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
- Keep all parties informed of the status and progress of each transaction, providing regular updates and communicating any changes or delays.
- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, assisting agents with their inquiries and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Coordinate team events, meetings, and training sessions to facilitate knowledge sharing and professional development.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Regina, SK S4R 1H6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
