**Job Summary**
We are looking for a very organized Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist with keen attention to detail to join our team in our Regina location. They will work with the team to help them with all administrative/ reception duties. **Responsibilities and Duties**
- General reception duties
- Complete work orders
- Maintain MSD documents
- Maintain documents in Health and Safety binder
- Schedule and monitor online employee training
- Other duties as required
- Daily cleaning and organizing of office and staff spaces.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Typing Ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced office environment
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
