- Position Overview_
Reporting to the Fleet Transportation Manager, this position is responsible
for assisting in all fleet maintenance related reporting including,
communicating with service providers, scheduling, documentation & payment processing.
- Duties & Responsibilities_
Processes invoices for fleet
Executes data entry and filing reports
Booking repair and maintenance
Working with the internal team and external shops to improve fleet out of service levels Adheres to all GFS Canada policies and procedures including all health & safety regulations
- Required Skills & Qualifications_
- Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with all levels and departments within the organization
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities and follow through on tasks from start to finish
- Thinking and decision-making with the ability to think strategically, analyze,

understand the business and solve problems
- High level of personal integrity, strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Platform
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of in-house systems would be an asset
