Job Description: **ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR, TERMINAL OPERATIONS** Tsawwassen or Swartz Bay 4 Month Term Certain You are an administrative professional, you have a passion for detail and you excel in a fast-paced environment. Working as part of a dynamic results-driven team, you use sound judgement and awareness while providing confidential administrative services to the Director, Superintendent and Regional Manager of Terminal Operations. You arrange and attend meetings, bring forward pertinent issues and agreements, maintain calendars, schedule appointments, travel and accommodation. You maintain confidential files, records and management systems as well as provide budget analysis support. You manage the administrative operations of the offices as well as act as a liaison with all levels of staff including contact with customers, suppliers, stakeholders, and government as required and in a manner consistent with company policies. You bring a wide breadth of experience as an administrative professional with a diploma or certificate in Business Administration and a minimum 3 years of confidential coordination or administrative support experience, budgeting experience and expertise in MS Office.
