**Main** **Responsibilities**:
The responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- General freight operations, including securing rates, quoting, booking, tracking, delivery, billing for all modes of transport (air, ocean, truck, intermodal)
- Interact and work with remote freight teams on a daily basis
- Stay abreast current and upcoming regulations
- Maintain excellent relations with clients and agents

**Main Requirements**:
We are looking for an individual who possesses:

- At least 3 years’ experience in the freight forwarding industry Excellent working knowledge of import freight movements and air freight
- Export freight knowledge is an asset
- CIFFA certified is an asset
- Good knowledge of Incoterms 2015
- Haz Mat certification is an asset
- Working experience with Forwarder Logic

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Proficiency with computers is a must; advanced knowledge of Excel
- Solid communication skills (English/French written and verbal) to meet clients' demands
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize time effectively
- Energetic, pro-active, and keen learner
- Proven teamwork skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
