Sales Executive in Export/import Freight Forwarding

**We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a deep understanding freight forwarding industry. As a Sales Executive, will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Job responsibilities will include**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight sector to expand our customer base.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and meeting clients in-person.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Understand customer challenges and provide solutions based on our range of services. Customize logistics and transport solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to meet customer-specific needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors’ actions.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding Sector
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Business development acumen with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proficient in negotiating contracts and closing deals effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring client needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Knowledge of market dynamics within the freight industry is beneficial.

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
