We are seeking a talented Social Media and Website Content Producer to join our team and work out of our Mississauga office.

As the Social Media and Website Content Producer, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and conversions across our digital channels, including social media and our website.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a social media and website content strategy that aligns with our brand and business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging social media content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.).
- Develop and manage editorial calendars for our website, blog, and social media channels.
- Write and edit compelling copy for social media posts, blog articles, website pages, and other digital content.
- Manage and optimize our website's content, including updating website pages, publishing blog posts, and creating landing pages using WordPress.
- Analyze and report on social media and website metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is aligned with marketing, branding, and business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media and website content production, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging content that drives results
- Experience with WordPress, including publishing, updating, and optimizing website content
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Experience with social media scheduling and reporting tools, such as Hootsuite and Sprout Social
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- A portfolio that showcases your content creation and management skills
