We are seeking a highly motivated **Digital Content Producer **to work out of our **Mississauga **location. If you are ready for your next challenge, we want to hear from you.

The **Digital Content Producer** will aid the Marketing team in developing and managing our social media strategy by producing creative content and social media materials. They will work in conjunction with the Digital Content and Marketing Specialist to ensure social media strategies are on-brand, relevant and effective.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media plans and strategy.
- Research, develop and execute strong messaging, content, and annual plans for social media, as well as exploring and recommending new approaches.
- Content creation for website, advertising, newsletter, and social media (Includes but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter)
- Manage social media materials, including key messages, analytics, and recommendations.
- Ensure social media strategies are on-brand, on-message, relevant, innovative, and effective in driving brand awareness, engagement, and acquisition.
- Develop monthly social media calendars for all platforms based on overall marketing calendars and storytelling focus.
- Be a key contact to support agency relationships ensuring integration with brand and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate and align closely with the marketing, communications and product teams on communications, campaign, and brand strategies
- Track and record performance of spend against goals and budget
- Provide analytics and measurement reports on current social media efforts and provide recommendations to influence future strategy
- All other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in marketing and communications with a strong focus on original content creation
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding and comprehension of measuring and analyzing analytics/KPIs.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments across teams in a fast-paced, environment.
- Highly creative and have strong graphic design skills.
- Proficient in Marketing disciplines.
- Familiar with best SEO practice
