**Responsibilities**:

- Review dealership websites on a bi-weekly basis to ensure that out-dated content has been removed; notify the General Manager accordingly
- Prepare weekly Social Media report; include Google ratings
- Assist with strategic development of content development for online campaigns and enhanced engagement on social media platforms
- Actively monitor social media content, initiate engagement and build following
- Assist in the management of dealership website content
- Work together with the marketing department and graphic designers to create compelling content for publication or campaigns
- Participate in other sector specific activities, such as Events, Private Sales and New Vehicle Launches as required and assigned
- Ensure online properties are up-to-date and provide accurate information
- Prepare proposals and plans, and set goals for all search initiatives and projects
- Define reporting metrics, analyze performance, and recommend improvements
- Conduct competitor website audits and analyze
- Asist the Marketing Team to develop standards to ensure quality control of content on the dealership websites
- Work with relevant influencers or complementary brands to grow the company’s social following organically
- Create video & content while being the face of the Dilawri brand in Ontario. Must be comfortable with being in front of a camera

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in business and/or marketing management with a proficiency for digital and social media management
- Experience with retail automotive operations, with thorough understanding of sales processes, preferred
- Proficiency in developing content for social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), internet content presentation and web writing style
- Familiarity with web technology and strategies to leverage it as a communication/business tool
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Photoshop preferred
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to generate reports
- Ability to craft copy, with emphasis on creating content for social channels
- Ability to utilize social media dashboards to actively manage multiple social media channels across a wide spectrum of platforms
