Duratherm Canada is an industry leader specializing in heat-transfer fluid technologies. We are looking to fill an Administrative Support role in our St. Catharines office.

**Role Details: A Day in the Life**
We are a tight-knit team with big responsibilities. As an Administrative and Customer Support Representative, you will wear many hats, supporting both our customers and team members alike.
Some things you may be tagged into include:
- Arranging shipping to some far-flung part of the world.
- Tracking customer samples, creating reports, and working with our testing lab.
- Engaging customers in various activities and discussions to gather information, answer questions, and coordinate orders.
- Problem-solving and thinking your way through unique situations.
- Providing office support for our internal team members by creating and maintaining processes, managing data and generating reports, updating our custom CRM, and communicating with all business contacts.
There is no typical day here—our days are unstructured, and our workflow is usually determined by what comes up (or doesn’t) each day. So, if you are happy being self-managed and thrive on the variety of being able to be responsive while also comfortably balancing less time-sensitive responsibilities and projects when time allows, we would like to hear from you.

- You are a wiz with Word, Excel, and Outlook. In fact, you could probably teach us a few things.
- You may have previously managed freight and shipping logistics, troubleshooting national and international orders. If not, you have plenty of experience coordinating resources.
- You have customer service down to a science, which includes: being able to listen actively; sharing ideas concisely and clearly; adapting your communication style to your audience; demonstrating friendliness, empathy and confidence in your communications; being responsive and approachable.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
