**Job Purpose**

**Responsibilities and Duties**

The Customer Support & Administration Associate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Responsible for answering incoming calls and office administration tasks
- Assist sales team in daily execution of retailer programs (credit verification, general inquires, etc.)
- Input data and information accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist in projects and process improvement initiatives
- Daily social media interactions/engagement to help build brand awareness and recognition
- Assist in tracking of the monthly requirements of our Brand Ambassadors
- Other tasks as assigned by your manager

**Working Relationships**
- This position will support the Sales and Communications team.

**Education Requirements**
- High-school diploma or equivalent

**Competencies**
- HubSpot experience considered an asset
- Knowledge of the pet food industry an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and welcoming demeanor
- Experience building and maintaining customer relationships
- Strong attention to detail
