**What You’ll Do**

**Project Coordination**:

- Work hand-in-hand with Project Managers and Superintendents from kickoff to closeout.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of construction projects.
- Prepare construction schedules, shop drawing logs, and pricing for contract extras.
- Liaise daily with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor budgets and timelines, solving problems before they become delays.
- Handle permits, licensing, logistics, and documentation with precision.
- Keep project records organized and accurate — from RFIs to change orders.

**Safety Coordination**:

- Support the Safety Manager and site teams in creating a culture of safety.
- Conduct inspections, hazard assessments, and compliance checks.
- Deliver engaging safety orientations and training sessions.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, providing actionable safety solutions.
- Maintain safety records and ensure documentation is up to date in Buildertrend.
- Participate in audits and annual safety reviews.

**What You Bring to the Team**
- A **construction-related degree or diploma** (or equivalent experience).
- **A Mandatory 5+ years** of experience — preferably in ICI construction.
- A valid Ontario “G” Driver’s License.
- Strong knowledge of OH&S regulations and workplace compliance.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- A knack for multitasking, problem-solving, and keeping your cool under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour
