**Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Provide clerical support such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
- Direct incoming customer service and sales calls to appropriate party
- Accept incoming customer service and sales calls and assist the client
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. English and French is a must.
- Proficiency in clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
