We are a Montreal-based real estate office affiliated with Royal LePage. We are looking for a fully bilingual administrative who has demonstrable experience in office management, social media marketing and executive assistance. This position includes regular client communication in English and French. Accordingly, **written & spoken French is a pre-condition to being eligible for this opportunity**. Please note that we are not seeking a real estate broker but rather a person looking for employment as an administrative assistant to a real estate broker.

- Ability to work proactively and perform as an individual contributor;
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail;
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all daily activities of the real estate broker (e.g.: assist with daily management of real estate files; scheduling of meetings; executive administrative tasks);
- Taking the initiative to develop, implement and oversee office projects related to the optimization and automation of repetitive tasks in order to increase office productivity;
- Designing and/or establishing layout for real estate flyers, pamphlets, reports and various other business documents (knowledge of Photoshop an asset);
- Business social media management (set up, update and monitor business Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.);
- Occasional management of rental listings

**Professional Requirements**
- Post-secondary education (Cegep level or higher)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive/administrative assistant;
- Experienced user of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point etc.) and specifically, Excel formulas;
- Comfortable learning & using online project management tools;
- Knowledge of Montreal geography and surrounding areas an asset

**Job Type**: Full time

**Salary**: $35,000-$38,000 annually depending on experience (possibility of year-end bonus following performance review);
**Language**:

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$38,000.00 per year
