**Job Summary**
Elevate Clinic is seeking a compassionate and organized **Bilingual Administrative Assistant** to join our team This full-time position is primarily virtual, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. As the first point of contact, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our clinic.
**Duties**
- Manage client inquiries and scheduling in both English and French
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize appointment scheduling
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality
- Assist with billing processes
- Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in English and French (written and verbal) is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Experience in healthcare administration or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems preferred

**Responsabilités**
- Gérer les demandes et la prise de rendez-vous des clients en anglais et en français
- Coordonner avec les professionnels de la santé afin d’optimiser la planification des rendez-vous
- Maintenir des dossiers clients précis et assurer leur confidentialité
- Assister dans les processus de facturation
- Offrir un accueil chaleureux et un environnement de soutien à tous les clients
**Exigences**
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français (à l’écrit et à l’oral) indispensable
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Solides capacités organisationnelles et grande attention aux détails
- Expérience en administration dans le domaine de la santé ou en service à la clientèle, un atout
- Maîtrise des systèmes de dossiers médicaux électroniques, un atout
