**What you’ll do**
We’re a fast-growing company where each day brings something new. In this dynamic environment, you’ll provide underwriting support to our sales and service brokers while also handling daily operational tasks such as reception duties, client communications and managing paperwork. You’ll work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and complete underwriting.

Efficiency is your middle name and you’ll continuously be searching for new ways to improve workflows and the processing of any technical-related portal or system changes.

You also understand why it’s important for everyone to love what they do and believe in open and collaborative work environments where employees feel valued, empowered and are encouraged to have fun.

**Your qualifications**
You know MS Office like the back of your hand and have experience working in a broker management system and insurance portals. You’re a motivated self-starter that loves taking initiative and absolutely thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple deadlines. You’re also a critical thinker that’s detail oriented and has strong problem solving, project management and time management skills. And on top of all that, you have top-notch oral and written communication skills.

Previous administrative experience in the insurance industry and having your RIBO license are definite assets.
