Here we Grow again Billyard Insurance Group (BIG) – Whitby is looking for a motivated Insurance Broker ready to take their career — and income — to the next level. Whether you are a newly RIBO licensed or an experienced RIBO licensed broker we have a spot for you. This role is ideal for a driven, commission-based sales professional with a client acquisition mindset and laser-focus determination to succeed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and close new Home, Auto and Commercial Insurance business through networking, referrals, social media, determination, drive and a dash of creativity.
  • Communicate with clients, prepare quotes, present insurance solutions with confidence and clarity
  • Exceed SMART sales goals and contribute to team results
  • Accurately document all client interactions in line with industry regulations
  • Ensure compliance with all insurance standards and company policies
  • Have FUN, make new friends and acquaintances, protect them from financial hardship

What You Bring:

  • RIBO License – New or Experienced
  • 2+ years of sales (international or domestic) experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – you're motivated to build and grow your own business through ethical sales practices and commitment to serve your clients
  • Outgoing and Optimistic personality with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital platforms
