Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the project with coordinating training and canvassing logistics including daily route planning, financial reporting, technical troubleshooting, and reporting assistance.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
**Respond to canvasser inquiries by phone and in-person in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Perform a variety of clerical duties including filing, typing, photocopying, confidential record keeping and document distribution in accordance with company policies and procedures
Assist in generating statistical reports on a regular basis
Undertake other duties assigned by Coordinator and/or Manager
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
1-2 years working experience in an administrative environment
Proven customer service skills in a busy office environment
Well organized with the ability to enter data with accuracy
Advanced numerical and analytical skills
Demonstrated use of computer technology including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), as well as virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, WebEx, MS Teams)
Experience in database management and online registration tool management (ie. EventBrite)
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity and problem solving skills
Demonstrated organizational and planning skills
Adaptable, flexible and able to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task, take initiative and be able to meet deadlines
