**Overview**

iAnthus is a looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor. Leading a centralized corporate Accounts Payable team, this role will report to the Corporate Controller. The primary focus of this role is to actively manage and participate in the accounts payable process, supervise the work of a team of Accounts Payable Specialists and implement and maintain systems, policies and procedures related to accounts payable.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for developing and overseeing a full cycle Accounts Payable function in a multi-state, shared service environment
- Provide leadership and supervision to Accounts Payable Specialists to ensure proper coding for g/l accounts, sites, departments, etc.
- Work directly across departments and operating units on automation, training and implementation of standardized accounts payable processes and employee expenses reporting
- Ensure invoices are properly validated, approved, recorded, and filed
- Oversee all payment transactions via ACH, wires, checks
- Maintain the accuracy of a suppliers database, and ensuring reconciliations with supplier statements
- Support internal and external audits as required
- Actively and promptly respond to Accounts Payable inquiries from vendors, suppliers and employees while building and maintaining solid relationships
- Conduct additional tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree with major in accounting, preferred
- Minimum five years of accounting with at least two years in an accounts payable leadership capacity
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and time management skills, and have the ability to work independently
- Sage X3, Doclink, QuickBooks and/or Expensify experience a plus; as is experience with ERP implementation
- Demonstrated communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds
