Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Centers is seeking an** **Accounts Payable Supervisor **who will be responsible for operational, organizational and financial tasks across the company. The role reports to the Director of Finance. This is a position best suited for an experienced accounts payable professional or a skilled accounting professional looking for the opportunity to lead a team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing company. **Responsibilities**: - Supervise and oversee the Accounts Payable team; - Identify and implement continuous improvements; - Provide guidance and training to Accounts Payable team to foster continued development; - Develop and maintain strong vendor and internal relationships; - Reviewing and managing AP inbox to ensure all queries are addressed in a timely manner; - Process high volume of payables with focus on meeting deadlines; - Leverage knowledge on ERP systems to enhance processes and improve reporting practices; - Prepare and provide meaningful KPI reporting to management; - Maintain a rigid internal controls through day-to-day tasks; - Manage unique processes under the Accounts Payable team. **Qualifications and Skill requirements**: - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance or comparable relevant education; - Minimum of 3 years of directly related work experience in Accounting and Finance with a focus on the accounts payable cycle; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; - Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to tailor communication appropriately to different stakeholder audiences; - Experience with NetSuite is an asset - Strong business acumen - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment; - Overtime may be required during busy periods; - Demonstrates leadership ability and initiative; - Strong analytical skills to understand, interpret and communicate financial data; - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; and; - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Our head office is located in downtown Toronto, Ontario.
