Billing Clerk

Edmonton, Canada IRISNDT Full time

Based in Edmonton, Alberta, this is a full-time, in office position - Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00. The
invoicing. They will be dedicated to completing the task on time and correct the first time.

**Responsibilities**
- Price jobs according to client specific quotes and agreements;
- Review tickets and reports for accuracy; organize and compile invoice documentation;
- Assist in accounting month end accruals and reporting;
- Submit invoices to customers and response to customer inquires;
- Provide budgetary updates to clients and managers; and,
- Other clerical duties as required.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 2+ years office/billing experience; college diploma in Business Administration or

Accounting would be considered an asset;
- Experience with MS Outlook/Excel, SAGE, other ERP software - knowledge may be tested;
- Good communication skills, both written and oral;
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks;
- Focus on customer service, and,
- Must be comfortable learning new software.
