- Provide project management leadership and expertise on special projects with corporate implications.
- Provide expertise in coordinating the preparation review and event initiatives approval process, and monitoring approved event activities against plans.
- Develop tools, templates, and related instructions to support the organization with event readiness planning.
- Work with Managers and Directors to identify and resolve event activity variances.
- Coordinate event planning analysis and provide advice on divisional activities throughout the organization.
- Assist the Manager in the development of strategic reports and directives, prepare briefing notes, project priority stream summaries, and other written documentation.
- Coordinate and monitor business activities, performance standards, and benchmarks that reflect approved financial and operational event plans.
- Develop communications strategies.
- Develop and deliver training to our staff, and
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of strategic business and financial planning processes and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, and MS Project
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills; and
- Strong interpersonal, consultative, and business relationship management skills.
