The Event Planning Specialist will play a pivotal role in designing, organizing, and executing a variety of events at CEM Resorts. This individual will liaise with clients, manage budgets, coordinate logistics, and ensure every event reflects the client’s vision while aligning with our brand’s high standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, themes, and requirements.
- Develop detailed event proposals, timelines, and budgets tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including catering, décor, AV, and guest services, to execute events seamlessly.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and entertainers to secure the best rates and services.
- Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.
- Address client and guest needs during events to provide exceptional service.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on event industry trends and bring innovative ideas to elevate our offerings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients and vendors.
- Proficiency in event planning tools and software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
