Internal Responsibilities
- Responsible for Software Engineering, Quality, and Architecture organizations and overall delivery responsibility (but not day to day operations)
- Transform the technology and delivery infrastructure to produce a cloud native future state platform to power new business capabilities with a focus on time to market, operational excellence, performance, resiliency, and security
- Drive a consistent technology portfolio spanning Engineering, Alpha, SaaS, and other groups in the company
- Define a long-range architecture that positions CRD to deliver leading solutions for F2B
- Develop processes to streamline delivery from code to production via DevOps methodologies
- Co-plan with Finance and the Executive team on technology spend and ways to minimize expense while maximizing customer success (including reduced costs for clients)
- Direct responsibility for all software security concerns in CRD products

External Responsibilities
- Present CRD’s technology roadmap and philosophy around using technology to existing and prospective clients linking our direction with benefits to their business
- Participate in the sales process to help position CRD’s offering (including Alpha) as the best platform solution in the marketplace
- Assist with business development activities including research into technologies and overall market direction as it relates to technology and operations
- Perform technology and organizational evaluations of potential acquisition and partner opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to build a strong online presence and engage in conferences and media coverage.
