The _Inventory Control Clerk_ will be responsible for maintaining records on inventory within our ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016) system as well with our Customer supplied documentation. They are also to monitor reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock. Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies management of irregularities.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Perform onsite inventory control duties as directed which may include the following work:

- Perform cycle counts of all types: Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly cycle counts
- Knowledge of all warehouse processes: put-away, picking, staging, cycle counting, housekeeping maintenance, or other processes as required.
- Must understand Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system and all its functions to resolve inventory issues
- Must be able to identify material and look up codes in system and adjust inventory correctly
- Operate all tools and equipment in a safe and orderly manner.
- Wear the proper safety equipment always as required
- Operate scanners, computers and all other equipment for the warehouse management system as instructed
- Focus on transaction accuracy. Work in a neat and orderly manner.
- Other duties, as assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years previous experience required in warehouse work.
- 1-year experience in each of two of the warehouse process, i.e. put-away, picking, staging, and cycle counting
- Demonstrate the ability to work well with others to promote a team environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn to operate tools and equipment required in warehouse environment
- Demonstrate ability to learn and follow processes in a warehouse with an ERP system
- Ability to follow instructions and supervision.
- Must be available to work any shift required
- Ability to work in a non-air conditioned warehouse environment and meet the physical demands of warehouse work.
- Ability to lift 50 Lbs

**SKILLS**:
