The property features 77 luxurious guest suites, a renowned Day Spa, two restaurants and a cafe._

PLEASE NOTE : WE DO NOT HAVE STAFF HOUSING AVAILABLE FOR THIS POSITION. THIS ROLE IS SUITABLE FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS ESTABLISHED HOUSING IN WHISTLER.

Are you a hospitality and customer service professional looking to progress your career in a Supervisory position? We are currently seeking a Front Office Supervisor who can manage a team across Front Desk, Bell, and Shuttle services while maintaining the highest standards of guest service.

You are a customer service professional with an upbeat personality and the ability to maintain a calm and friendly demeanor while delivering outstanding service to our guests. Your excellent personal presentation, communication and organizational skills have been demonstrated in previous roles, ideally in a hospitality setting. You are able to work independently and take pride in your work, holding yourself accountable for the successes of your team.

Working closely with the Front Office Manager, you enjoy leading by example and are able to take charge of a situation in a professional manner. You will be able to train new staff and enforce all Front Office Standard Operating Procedures.
