We have an opportunity for a full time **Front Desk Supervisor** who thrives working in a positive, friendly and team oriented environment. As the first point of contact with guests you will have a genuine interest in customer service, have a passion for Whistler, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

This role oversees the day to day operations from client care, to human resources, and general administrative tasks. They are leading by example, have a friendly and outgoing personality and ensure our guests receive ultimate service experience

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the spa reception (Booking and Confirming Spa appointments, Performing cash out reconciliation)
- Assisting with supervising, organizing and scheduling a team of approx. 8 - 12 therapists
- Support management team in projects
- Supporting the manager with HR files and assisting with holding interviews as well as training sessions as needed
- Massage experience not necessary, but will be a valuable asset
- Opening and/or closing the Spa
- Coordinating with Hotel staff and management on a daily basis
- Creating and completing business reports
- Conclude and maintain inventory
- Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well organized work area.
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.

- Professional and educated with oral and written communication
- Administrative and computer skills is an asset (knowledge of google drive, microsoft excel, and POS systems in general)

**Experience Required**
- Experience in either retail, hotel, spa, restaurant, or a customer service based business.
- Experience supervising a team of 3 or more people.

**Position Requirements**
- Full-time (mix of AM & PM shifts)
- Requires weekend work
- Contract term: 1 year ideally

**Compensation**
- $21 - $23 Per Hour Plus Commissions and Bonuses
