**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Update HR databases and several HR process tracker files (Excel and NAV), ensuring data is timely and accurate
- Maintain accurate physical employee records while preserving confidentiality (soft and hard copies)
- Collect/input/maintain employee, training, and licensing data
- Track and distribute communication on HR initiatives
- Ensuring employee training is current: maintaining training database, scheduling employee training
- Post weekly internal job opportunities and track/distribute applicant lists
- Support recruitment and selection activities by performing tasks such as: preparation of documents, background checks and submissions, and new employee file preparations
- Prepare onboarding packages for all new employees (set up meetings as needed with employees)
- Be a team player and provide necessary assistance in varying HR areas whenever necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Post-secondary education in business or office administration
- Work experience as an office administrator/assistant or as an HR administrative assistant
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to learn new software quickly
