As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic **Tour Coordinator** to join our team and help us craft seamless, one-of-a-kind journeys for our travelers.

**The Role**

As our Tour Coordinator, you'll play a key role in bringing each trip to life—from the initial inquiry to the travelers' return home. You’ll manage logistics, handle client communication, and make sure every aspect of our tours is well-planned, efficient, and full of value.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and coordinate customized group tour packages
- Respond to customer inquiries, manage and make bookings
- Arrange transportation, accommodations, meals, activities, and local guides
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and partners to confirm trip details and resolve issues
- Monitor tour operations and collect feedback to improve future offerings
- Stay current on travel trends, industry regulations, and destination highlights

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1-3 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or travel coordination
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for travel, culture, and customer service
- Proficiency with booking platforms and Microsoft Office tools
- Calm under pressure and quick-thinking when challenges arise
