Winnipeg, Canada Eastside Group of Companies Full time

Eastside Group of Companies is currently looking to add a new Accounts Payable Clerk to our growing team.
- Match and process incoming vendor invoices to supporting documentation
- Identify and address any discrepancies noted on invoices
- Accurately enter invoices into the accounting program
- Produce and send cheques and EFT payments within vendor payment terms
- Review vendor monthly statements for outstanding items
- Manage setup and records of transactions paid on company credit cards
- Filing and administrative duties within the Accounting department
- Administrative support for other departments
- Manage office supplies procurement and distribution
- Provide POs and enter into the PO system
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
