Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have opportunities for an Accounts Payable Clerk in our Finance Department located in our Winnipeg Head Office. Accounting Clerks contribute to the financial reporting requirements for the company.

Responsibilities:

- Processing accounts payable; reconciling general ledger accounts
- Entering, matching, and coding supplier invoices; reconciling supplier account statements Preparing payment batches as well as cheque runs and wire transfers
- Processing a high volume of invoices; investigating invoice discrepancies
- Liaising with vendors as required

Qualifications:

- Experience in working in an office environment AP/AR would be an asset
- A combination of related Accounting education and work experience preferred
- Above average communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks and work toward deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated working experience with MS Excel
