**Pride Group Logistics International Ltd is a dynamic and growing organization, we are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our Sales and Business Development Team**
**Responsibilities**:
- You will work closely with current customers and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals.
- Act as an intermediary between customers and CSRs to ensure pricing is accurate and profitable.
- Assist with carrier portfolio, including developing strong relationships and operational understandings, helping match carrier preferred lanes with freight, and work with carriers as determined by the company.
- Through direct sales representation, grow a loyal B2B/B2C customer base within a designated geographical area while strengthening the company’s position & market share within the territory.
- Analyze the customer base (currents & prospects) and target highest potential opportunities.
- Ensure successful integration of new business within the company network.
- Review monthly results / business plans and discuss sales strategies with Executive Sales Team.
- Quarterly, in-depth performance & personal development review based on annual objectives.
- Collaborate with a variety of departments to be a successful Inside Sales Representative (logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, and customer service).
- Participate in the industry organizations to stay up to date on industry trends.
- Prospecting for new clients to expand market share in Canada, USA and Internationally.
- Develops strong relationships with existing customers to support growth and ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.
- Creates and positions compelling value proposals to potential and existing customers.
**About you**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Transportation or business field of study would be an asset.
- Strong computer skills in all Microsoft Office Suite
- Confident with strong communication and presentation skills in both French and English additional languages an asset.
- Experience using Salesforce preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English additional languages an asset.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les clients actuels et potentiels en tant que conseiller de confiance afin de comprendre en profondeur les défis et les objectifs uniques de leur entreprise.
- Agir en tant qu’intermédiaire entre les clients et les conseillers du service à la clientèle pour s’assurer que la tarification est exacte et rentable.
- Travailler sur les différents transporteurs, notamment en développant des relations solides et une compréhension opérationnelle, en aidant à faire correspondre les voies préférées des transporteurs avec le fret, et en collaborant avec les transporteurs comme déterminé par l’entreprise.
- Par l’entremise de la représentation commerciale directe, développer une base de clients loyaux de commerce interentreprise / commerce grand public dans une zone géographique donnée, tout en renforçant la position et la part de marché de l’entreprise sur le territoire.
- Analyser la base de clients (actuels et potentiels) et cibler ceux qui ont le plus grand potentiel d’être rentables.
- Assurer l’intégration réussie des nouvelles entreprises au sein du réseau de l’entreprise.
- Examiner les résultats mensuels et les plans d’affaires ainsi que discuter des stratégies de vente avec l’équipe de direction des ventes.
- Recevoir un examen trimestriel poussé du endement et du développement personnel basé sur les objectifs annuels.
- Collaborer avec divers services pour réussir en tant que représentant commercial à l’interne (logistique, crédit,marketing, services techniques et service à la clientèle).
- S’impliquer au sein des organisations du secteur pour se tenir au courant des tendances dans l’industrie.
- Prospecter de nouveaux clients pour accroître la part de marché au Canada, aux États-Unis et à l’étranger.
- Développer des relations solides avec les clients existants pour soutenir la croissance et assurer une expérience client positive à chaque interaction.
- Créer et positionner des propositions de valeur convaincantes pour les clients potentiels et existants.
